Then we invite you to an evening of meditation and relaxation with guidance from Jacqi Eagles, an experienced holistic Therapist & Reiki/Seichem Master.

During the evening you will be taken through a guided visualisation meditation by Jacqi. You will also be given tips on relaxation and taught how to ‘switch off’ your mind from everyday stress so that you can take yourself to a place of inner peace & tranquillity.

Meditation is a wonderful technique to learn and is an invaluable tool for dealing with stress and personal issues. You can also use it to work alongside any other holistic treatments you may be receiving – in fact it will enhance the benefits of your chosen treatment.

The evening is ideal for anyone who wants to learn how to practice meditation, especially those who find it difficult to relax and switch off, and for those who need to take some ‘time out’ for themselves.
